In Season Four of “The Office”, Jan Levinson (Michael Scott’s former boss and current girlfriend) starts up a candle-making operation called ‘Serenity by Jan’. My friend Amy sent me the link to a real website where you can actually buy the candles featured in the show! Just listen to some of the candle scent descriptions:
Merlot Morning: The best part of waking up, is merlot in your cup! Make every morning, a “Merlot Morning.”
Wide Awake: Have you ever doused your lover in coffee and then licked it off his trembling body? The feel, the taste, and my God the smell! It left us both “Wide Awake.”
Bottled Water: They say water has no scent or flavor. Apparently, “they” have never tried Evian. Just holding it in your hands, you can taste the class. The epitome of subtle elegance is “Bottled Water.”
